    Buffalo City Popcorn is non-returnable, but if the item arrives damaged, or open, you may request a refund or replacement. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • What are the payment options?

    Buffalo City Popcorn offers payment options of credit and debit cards via our website checkout.

    Special orders for corporate gifts and popcorn buffets honor credit and debit cards, checks, and cash.

  • What is your order fulfillment policy?

    POPCORN is made to order!

    Buffalo City Popcorn does not hold an inventory!

    All orders are processed within 2-3 business days with an estimated delivery of 3 – 5 business after order fulfillment.

    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    Local pick up is an option at checkout. Buffalo City Popcorn will contact you when your order has been fulfilled and ready for pick up!
